deploy/ruckus: rename _post_file to avoid clashing with the core helper
Core acme.sh now defines a _post_file() function. Functions and variables live in separate namespaces in POSIX sh, so this was not a real conflict, but the identical name is confusing to read. Use _post_upfile, matching the _post_action / _post_boundary / _post_data locals already in this function.
